The demise of network marketing companies, the reps that are scrambling to survive and the whoredom of it all

So let’s review a number of happenings in the network marketing community…

1) Uri International became Nuriche 4 years ago. Nuriche had some momentum until their own Executive staff, Greed and a certain Colombian top leader in the company destroyed the Nuriche business model and the hopes and dreams of its distributors.

2) Nuriche was months from failing so they kind of sold the company, it’s distributor base and the products, Live and Revive to a company called Joy Life International, also located in the MLM Mafia belt in Utah. Supposedly it was “to take the company to the next level of success”. But this was just an exit strategy for the executive team. (More in a moment)

3) As the Nuriche IBO’s could sense a sinking ship they followed a few leaders and joined other nutritional marketing companies like dog packs after a bone. Problem was, because the Instafresh process was so enzymaticly pure they were representing counterfeit nutritional product lines that I call “Me Too” products and they knew it.

4) Many of the leaders joined Zeek Rewards and made a ton of money short term but the company was shut down yesterday forever by the Feds and now they are despondent and scrambling for the next big thing which could be another bids company based in Europe. In my opinion if you have to hide assets overseas it might just be illegal in the USA. But hey, there are two trains of thought on why you should join a network marketing business model.

Become a “juice junkie MLM whore” moving with the pack to the next big thing,

Or,

Find a product or service you can you to improve the quality of your life and build wealth telling others about it.

5) Some people have gone with Solavei which is a hell of a deal to reduce what you are paying for your cell and smartphone data service providing you have a droid. This service does not work with the I-Phone. Solavei could have legs to a point. If you have a Droid it is worth checking out.

6) Back to the Nuriche merger. Joy Life International has great leadership and the money to back their business model. Problem is that the Nuriche team in Cedar city continued to process Live and Revive autoships so there was no need for the Nuriche IBO’s to engage with Joy Life. I am not going to go into all of the details that can be found here, but now there is a second issue…

7) Nuriche was to have launched an affiliate based business model called Eviva Health which would have allowed Nuriche IBO’s to continue receiving commissions on Nuriche natural products like LiveTrim, Sweet Careet and products other then Live and Revive, which was sold to Joy Life. But they did not launch the new business. Instead they continued to take thousands of dollars in orders every week without having to pay commissions. And now I am hearing from Nuriche customers and IBO’s that credit cards were processed with no product being shipped out. Is this the potential end of Nuriche? I can;t call this one just yet though I know we are going to start hearing about allegations within the former executive team.

Conclusion…

If you were a former Nuriche Customer or IBO and you want to continue receiving the Live and Revive product then activate in, or join Juuva

If you were purchasing any of the other products in the Nuriche Naturals line or former Uri International product lines, you will be happy to know Uri Lebaron, the original formulator has created a retail company called Rezealiant Living, selling “like” products at lower prices, most of which are coming out of the same Instafresh facility in Utah.

Zeeklers, the party is over but there are other bid products out there if that is your game.

Zeek Rewards is shut down forever and you probably won’t get all of your money back

I was a member at one time but this was during a time when I was a founder in Nuriche. There were so many new companies and friends were pitching me on all of them. I should have participated in Zeek Rewards because some of these same friends made six-figures.

As a former investigator having investigated many business schemes, I had advised it was only going to be a matter of time before some state Attorney General shut down Zeek Rewards.

Zeek Rewards ClosedMost of my friends cashed out most of their money so they are not hurt too bad but I know of many who are outright despondent over the closure.

It was an interesting day yesterday in North Carolina. The AG’s office shows up in the morning and we are all thinking this will be but a momentary interruption.

Then the news comes out saying the FBI and the Secret Service was on the scene and at that point I knew it was pretty much over for Zeek.

Then by the end of the day we find out the owner of Zeek, Paul Burks had been negotiating a settlement with the SEC to save his own skin so this raid was no surprise to him at all.

Whether Zeek is a legitimate enterprise or not, the real victims are the Zeek reps and I feel bad for them. But this ride had to end sometime and I hope most of the people I know in Zeek had a chance to cash out.

In all reality, had they moved their operations overseas as they were advised to do, they would still be up and running.

So, Zeek Rewards is probably shut down forever and you probably won’t get all of your money back.

Junk Health Food – Looks healthy but you might as well have a happy meal

I rant again. When is the public going to realize some foods deemed as healthy are NOT.

Seriously, how long will the manufacturers of JUNK FOOD, continue to disguise their food ‘products’ as healthy?

As a result of the rising obesity epidemic, many Americans have been reexamining their diets in an effort to reclaim their waistlines. In response, supermarket shelves have been flooded with new “diet” products intended to replace or substitute former junk-food favorites. While most of these foods are geared toward helping to cut calories and improve overall health, a closer look reveals that several of these products may be nothing more than glorified junk.

While Diet Coke may seem like an obvious Junk Food, others may surprise you…

Joy life International Summit Meeting in SLC

As a founding Nuriche IBO with Nuriche since BEFORE day one, I have been invited to speak on Live and Revive at the Juuva Summit being held today in South Jordan Utah.

There is something to Joy Life International

Update, April 2013 – Joy Live International has become Juuva

I conducted a webinar today for Joy Life distributors going over the benefits of Live and Revive, powders containing fruits and veggies that were converted into a powder below the 117 degree enzyme kill point.

In addition to the new Live and Revive products, Joy Life International has a concentrated juice called Galaxy and an Energy cup that converts filtered water to alkaline water.

This excites me as you can alkalize your water before mixing with the Live in a shaker cup.

I am also aware many have been taking the Galaxy before bed time with great results.

The Joylife USA/International Nuriche Transition

Update April 2013 – Loy Life International is now Juuva

Hey sports fans. Nuriche Founder Chris here. Joylife USA/International is moving forward since taking over the Nuriche distributor base and offering Nuriche’s Live and Revive to their product line.

After years of questionable business decisions at the Nuriche Executive level, which in my personal opinion led to the failure of the Nuriche marketing plan, I am actually quite excited about this new direction.

I am speaking to past Nuriche IBO’s…

1) Joylife has an executive team and top network marketing leaders that have the experience and track records to lead and build a successful marketing company. Really. I am not kidding. These guys a re good.

2) Joylife International has sales in the hundreds of millions of dollars worldwide meaning they actually have the resources to back their expansion into the US market.

3) If you were in Nuriche and were not part of the purge over a year ago you probably have a good position in the lines that you can choose to activate and may even find you have IBOs under you that have already activated.

In summary, I feel the pain of giving your heart and soul to a business endeavor since day one, always having faith that the executive team was actually going to follow through with its promises only to have the rug yanked out from under you multiple times. I am sure many of you feel the same way. But it is what it is and we do have an opportunity with excellent positioning to build a business in Joylife USA.

Nuriche has merged with Joy Life International and the new replicated distributor sites will be coming soon. Joy Life International will initially carry the Nuriche Live and Revive products with more Nuriche products coming over in the future.

A Nuriche Founder’s take on the merger with Joy Life International

Joy Life International NuricheFor the record, as an original founding IBO for Nuriche, with Nuriche since day one, I want to express my wholehearted endorsement of this merger.

Nuriche has always had a great product line and the potential for dominant growth in the nutritional network marketing industry. And as we have progressed to this point, we have had to make a few course corrections.

As one who was a due diligence investigator for corporate start ups, I have seen many companies come and go. I don’t think something like this could have been scripted.

So if you are a current Nuriche IBO, relax and watch all of this come together. If you are inactive, you will want to consider reactivating this month to take advantage of your existing position before you are purged. If you are looking at Nuriche or Joy life as a new business opportunity, now is the time to act as this is truly ground floor with the strongest of foundations.
